Andrea Egbringhoff
Innovation Advisor

I want to contribute shaping the world of tomorrow. My goal is to develop products that influence behavior and drive habits into a more sustainable way of living. From digital applications , hardware devices or a mixture of both, with the help of my creativity I am inspiring engineers but also business people to find solutions for the problems of today and for those to come.

Working Experience

03/16 – today

Independent Consultant, Muenster (GER)
Innovation and Idea Management

Over the past months, I have been working on the topic digitisation within the insurance sector as a self-employed Innovation Advisor. From ideation, evaluation and the elaboration of the concept proposals I accompanied several teams with current knowledge from the startup world, the latest state of research and, of course, the external point of view that’s often missing.

10/15 – today

PandaEyes, Stockholm (GER & SWE)
Inventor and Founder

Last year I started my MSc. in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management. As I started my programme, I thought why not to start implementing all my learnings from my courses into something productive, and that’s exactly what I did, I founded my own startup: PandaEyes. Which is new kind of sleeping mask that is not attached to the face with strings as usual but directly “glued” on top of the eyes, a true eye mask with  experience of absolute darkness without any interruption by light peeking in from the corners. My invention helped me to cope with the Swedish midnight sun.
